For over 30 years, Nancy Brown-Johnston has worked in the field
of training and organization development in many companies around
the world, including General Motors, Saturn Corporation, the
US Army, and Delphi Automotive Systems. Nancy co-founded and
served as the director of Saturn Consulting Services (SCS),
where she led the development of the SCS courses. She also managed
the marketing and consulting services to more than 200 external
customers, including Chevrolet, Opel, Saab, Delphi Automotive
Systems, the U.S. Army, U.S.P.S., Zeneca Ag Products, and the
Singapore Government.
Nancy founded TripleWin Consulting to help organizations to
improve their performance using teams and achieving customer
enthusiasm. Nancy is the author of The Driving Force: Lessons
of Teamwork from Saturn and other Leading Organizations (Xephor
Press, 2004).

Tormod Andreassen (Toby) has been involved in training and consulting
since 1995, and has experience in Scandinavia, Europe and the
Far East delivering Management Training. He has worked in partnership
with Saturn Consulting Services in the USA and is now one of
the owners of TripleWin Nordic ab in Sweden.
During the last 8 years, Toby has been a GM/SAAB trainer, busy
with GM Difference programs, Field Team Currriculum GME programs
and as a coach in the SAAB organization. He is now leading the
Coaching programs for Kraft Foods in the Nordic region, is a
member of the pan-European coaching team and is one of the facilitators
on the Kraft Senior Leadership Programs.
Before becoming a consultant, Toby worked in the automobile industry
gaining wide business experience. He has worked as a dealer
operator and as a managing director for an automobile import
company. Toby is Norwegian, an enthusiastic curling player and
coach to a team that competes internationally.

Guus Oosterop has been involved in facilitating and cultural
change consulting since 1996. He has delivered training, coaching
and consulting to management and work teams in the Netherlands
and throughout Europe. He has worked in partnership with Saturn
Consulting Services in the USA and is now one of the owners
of TripleWin Netherlands. Guus is a master-facilitator for all
the TripleWin programs.
During the last 8 years, Guus has been a GM/SAAB facilitator,
busy with GM Difference programs and as a coach in the SAAB
organization. He is working with the special insurance company,
Interpolis, who makes the difference in the Netherlands and
works with IKEA to implement their values. He is involved in
helping Bruna achieve a partnering franchise organization of
360 bookshops in the Netherlands.
Guus is a very enthusiastic person and lives the values of TripleWin
in all aspects of his life. He likes all sports except soccer
and loves to travel with his wife, Tera.

Valerie Lew-Kiedrowski is managing director of Blueprint Future
Skills Development, an active member of the TripleWin Alliance.
In the short space of 6 years, Valerie has helped grow Blueprint
extensively by delivering training for industry leaders and
their Business Partners and Clients throughout Africa, the Middle
East and Europe. This success is the based on delivering meaningful
training where skills can be easily measured and transferred
to the workplace producing a TripleWin approach where the learner,
the company and the economy benefits.
Her background as Marketing Director in a South African leading
listed manufacturing company gave her the ingenuity and skill
to integrate company marketing strategies with human resources
to assist in giving companies a performance-edge. Valerie has
extensive local and international training experience and is
a TripleWin Alliance Board Member representing TripleWin Africa.
She has worked across many industries including Agriculture,
Aviation, Consulting, Defense, Education, Engineering, Finance,
FMCG, Government, Hospitality, IT, Mining, Property, and Retail.
